• Work on an existing party wall or party structure
• Dig below and near to the foundation level of their property

Not sure if you require Local Authority approval or Building Control Approval?

Are you having alterations or extension to your property, including loft conversion? Then you may need to submit the appropriate application to your local council for approval. We can manage this process including completing the application documents such as Flood Risk Assessment, Plans, Design & Access Statement and Conservation Area consent.
