Matt McRoberts BSc(Hons) MRICS, AaPS - Company Director

Matt's career in the construction industry began in 1989 when he began a 3 1/2 year apprenticeship in Plastering. Having qualified as a time served plasterer Matt worked self employed until deciding to take a professional route in the industry. Having completed his 'A' levels Matt completed a degree in Building Surveying and became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2008.

Matt's career as a surveyor is predominantly in Contract Administration, Principal Designer and Party Walls as well as undertaking a wide range of inspections and surveys on both commercial and residential properties. More recently, our company has been acting as Expert Witness for a variety of clients including local solicitors, housing associations, and local authorities, with in excess of 450 reports issued to date.

Matt is also an Associate and APC Assessor for the RICS.

Ellen Tabback BA(Hons) Operations Manager

Prior to joining the company Ellen spent many years in the Violence Against Women and Girls field and is an experienced senior manager as well as a qualified Probation Officer. Having reached the top of her area of expertise Ellen decided to make a change in her career.

Ellen is the face of the business and usually the first port of call when there is a crisis. Ellen takes care of all the business administration and financial control as well as dealing with customers on a daily basis.

Her experience in front line management is an integral part of the business to ensure our customers needs are dealt with in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Alex Price  Admin Assistant

Alex recently joined the practice as our Admin Assistant. Alex has a range of skills and knowledge, and is an invaluable member of our expanding team, preparing report templates and managing proforma records. Alex is from a customer based working background, with a keen eye for detail.

Matt, Ellen and Alex all have Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service Certificates.
