Under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 there are duties placed on clients, designers and contractors. This applies to both domestic and commercial projects where there is more than one contractor. We can provide all the necessary skills and knowledge to see this through from pre-construction phase onward.

We carry out various types of inspection and survey but do not undertake property valuations.
