Q. How much is a Building Survey?
A. The cost of a building survey will vary dependent on size, location and cost of property.
For example, a two bedroom house in Kingston Upon Thames, valued up to £250k would typically be £650.
Q. How soon will I receive my report?
A. Our reports are usually issued within 3-5 days upon receipt of payment.
Q. Can you deal with all aspects of my project?
A. Simply yes. We offer a full service from helping with design, selecting contractor, writing the scope of works/specification, overseeing works on site, valuations(budget control), final handover and sign off. In addition we can assist with the planning application and building control approval if needed, we also act as Principal Designer under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015. We also act as Party Wall Surveyors should this be required.
Q. How do I pay for my report?
A. Reports can be paid for via bank transfer, cheque or cash.
Q. What are the company's credentials?
A. We are regulated by the RICS we are also members of the Association of Project Safety (APS). We have Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of £500,000.00 and Public Liability Insurance to the value of £1,000,000.00
